Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed bell pepper

1 bell pepper
50 g rice
50 g ground beef
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried cumin

Recipe Directions for Stuffed bell pepper

  1. boil rice

  2. hollow out bell pepper, don't discard the tops

  3. fry up ground beef in olive oil with onion and garlic

  4. mix rice with ground beef, salt and cumin

  5. spoon mixture into bell pepper

  6. roast in oven on 180* for +- 45 minutes
