1/4 large Artichoke
1/8 cup olives
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Pepper

  1. Stuff pepper with artichoke, caper and olive mixture.

  2. Grate cheese on top, cover and roast in oven for 1/2 hour
