Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Pepper

1 medium Red Bell Pepper
8 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2") Asparagus
3 large Mushrooms
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1.5 cup Spinach
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.75 cup Cream Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in skillet. In a food processor, mix tomatoe, onion, jalapeno and mushrooms creating small chunks. Chop asparagus into small pieices. Rinse and drain excess grease from meat. combine all veggies, cream cheese and meat into skillet. Cook for about 10 - 15 min on med to allow asaragus to soften and cheese to melt. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and insert into deep baking dish standing upright. Add meat mixture into the bell pepper until it is full.

  2. Bake for 20 - 25 min.
