1/4 cup onion
3 tablespoons 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2 medium tomatoes
3 oz Water Chestnuts
2 tablespoons milled flax seed
5 orange bell peppers

  2. Mix ground chicken, rice, chopped chili pepper, diced onions, eggs, and diced tomatoes all together.
