900 g salmon
175 g mushrooms, sliced
80 ml fresh dill, chopped
500 ml fresh spinach
15 ml olive oil
25 g onion or scallions, minced

Recipe Directions for Stuffed baked salmon

  1. Bone and scale a whole or half salmon

  2. fill body cavity with sauteed dill, mushrooms, spinach, and minced onions

  3. put 6 sprigs of dill and sliced lemon on skin Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 30 minutes
