Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Baked Potatoes

3 large potatoes 900 grams
425 1/5 g sour cream
198 1/2 g mild cheddar cheese
15 g scallions
149 g green peppers
198 2/5 g imitation crabmeat

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Baked Potatoes

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft.

  2. Dice onions, green peppers, and chop crabmeat.

  3. Once potatoes are ready, scoop out insides and put into a bowl.

  4. Mix potato meat, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, green peppers, and crabmeat.

  5. Once mixed up, put even amounts of mixture into potatoe skins.

  6. Bake at 350, for about 20 minutes or until hot.
