Time saver--bake potatoes in microwave, finish in oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Baked Potaotes

4 medium baking potatoes
3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
2 T. Vegetable Oil Spread
1 t. dill weed
3/4 t. Seasoning Blend
2 t. parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Baked Potaotes

Bake potatoes. Cut in half, scoop out. Mash potato with fork. Mix other ingredients, except Parmesan, in bowl. Mix with potato pulp. Spoon into shells, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer in 425 oven until tops are browned.
