Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Baked Apples

4 small (2-3/4") Apples
2 oz Dates
3 pieces Crystallized Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.25 cup Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Baked Apples

Preheat oven to 375. Core the apples. Combine 1/4 c. of dates, 2 Tbs crystallized ginger, and teaspoon of cinnamon in the food processor. Stuff this mixture inside of the apples, making a mound on top of each. Put in the oven; set timer for 40 minutes. Combine the orange juice with honey on the stove, low heat. Baste the apples with this mixture every ten minutes.
