Recipe Ingredients for Stuff Red Peppers (Recipe Taken from suite101.com)

3 red pepper, medium
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup brown rice
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Stuff Red Peppers (Recipe Taken from suite101.com)

  1. preheat oven to 350 F

  2. brown beef in skillet on med. temp

  3. cook rice with 1/2 amount of liquid required (using chicken stock) for 1/2 the amount of time on package

  4. add crushed tomatoes (including liquid) to browned beef

  5. add the rice to the ground beef once cooked

  6. combine all ingredients well

  7. cut the tops off the peppers and remove all the seeds

  8. fill each pepper with the beef and rice mixture

  9. place tops back on peppers

  10. put in baking dish and cook for 50 minutes

  11. remove foil and cook for additional 10 minutes
