1 pound italian sausage
10 bell peppers
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Seasoning Blend
3 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup potato flakes

Recipe Directions for Stuff Bell Peppers - 313 Calories

  1. Makes 10 servings

  2. Mix meat, ketchup, seasoning blend, eggs oatmeal, and potato flakes.

  3. Fill peppers with meat mix.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes covered. Make sure the center temps for 165 degrees or higher.

  5. ***If gound chicken is to expensive at the store, buy chicken breast and semi freeze. Then cut into pieces and place in food processor or Ninja like blender, on pulse. When breast are semi frozen, it allows the chopper to not get the chicken all mushy.
