Ricotta and cottage cheess manicotti, quick and easy. can be frozen after baking

Recipe Ingredients for Stuart's Cheese Manicotti

900 g manicotti
500 ml ricotta cheese
250 ml cottage cheese
2 carrots
1 pkg spinach
2 eggs
900 ml pasta sauce
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Stuart's Cheese Manicotti

  1. Prepare Manicotti as directed

  2. Grate Carrots, and add to crushed garlic, Simmer for 5 min then add Spinach, Steam for 5 min

  3. Remove from heat and add Ricotta and Cottage Cheese, cool then add eggs.

  4. Fill manicotti with mixture and cover with sauce.

  5. Bake for 3 min.
