10 g mint leaves
10 g gooseberries
6 g ginger
6 g lemon leaves
10 g basil leaves
10 g coriander leaves
10 g sage leaves
6 g lemon
100 g water

  1. wash all ingredients.

  2. do not peel the lemon.

  3. juice everything.

  4. Mix water with the remaining pulp and strain once more.
