Recipe Ingredients for Strong Coffee Low-fat Protein Bars

7 cups quick oats
1 c powdered milk
6 scoops whey protein powder
2/3 c coffee, instant, regular, powder
1/3 c ground flax seed
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Strong Coffee Low-fat Protein Bars

Grind oats in food processor. Add milk powder, flax seed. Grind more. Add instant coffee, protein powder, and vanilla. When well-ground, add corn syrup slowly through the top as it's processing. Stop when the dough is stopped in the processor and it is pressable into 12X18 cookie sheet. Press or roll flat with long rolling pin. Cut into bars and enjoy!
