Italian baked hot sandwich WW 5 pts/6oz serving

Recipe Ingredients for STROMBOLLI

1 lb ground beef, round
1 onion, large
1 green pepper
10 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, greated
5 oz mozarella cheese, part skim
6 oz tomato sauce
12 oz French Bread
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp margarine, light

Recipe Directions for STROMBOLLI

  1. Saute meat, onion, peppers, and mushrooms.

  2. Add tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper

  3. Slice loaf of French bread lengthwise, spread each side with butter and garlic powder

  4. Spoon meat on bottom of loaf, top with cheese adn top of bread loaf.

  5. Wrap in foil and bake 10-15 minutes @ 400

  6. Serve with marinara sauce on the side
