this recipe uses mozza instead of provalone, but you might like it just fine.

Recipe Ingredients for Stromboli

16 oz frozen bread dough
4 oz pepperoni
4 oz genoa salami
6 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Stromboli

  1. Defrost bread dough and spread out on a vegetable sprayed cookie sheet.

  2. Arrange pepperoni, salami and cheese on one side of the dough leaving a 3/4" margin.

  3. Roll empty side over and press/seal the edges.

  4. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
