Adapted Betty Crocker Beef Stroganof recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Stroganoff-without meat or tofu

2 T Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
2 T ketchup
1 t salt
1 clove garlic
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion
3 T all-purpose flour
1 cup fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Stroganoff-without meat or tofu

  1. Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in oil.

  2. Add 1 cup of broth, ketchup and salt.

  3. Mix flour and remaining broth. Shake well and add slowly.

  4. Heat to boiling while stirring constantly.

  5. Add sour cream.
