Recipe Ingredients for stroganoff toping

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 tbs. butter or oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 cup water
1 pepper to taste
1/2 cup frozen peas

Recipe Directions for stroganoff toping

  1. Heat the oil or butter and onion and garlic until soft. Add the meat and brown, then drain of any extra fat.

  2. Add the soup, water, peas, pepper and heat through.

  3. Remove from the heat
