I came across this recipe for stroganoff, something different than I normally make it, and thought I would give it a go.

Recipe Ingredients for Stroganoff Style Spaghetti and Meatballs

12 oz Italian-Style Meatballs
12 oz Spaghetti
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
10.75 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
0.25 cup Organic Fat Free Milk
8.501 oz Soup, Beef Broth, Cubed
1 tsp Pepper, Black
8 oz Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Stroganoff Style Spaghetti and Meatballs

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  2. In a large skillet saute the meatballs, onion and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes or until browned. Stir in the soup, milk, broth and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.

  3. Gradually stir in the sour cream; heat through (do not boil). Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet.

  4. Serve immediatly.
