Recipe Ingredients for Stroganoff

2 lbs chuck roast
16 oz egg noodles
1 1/2 cups raw mushrooms
1 1/2 cups sweet onion
1/2 cup minced garlic
3/4 cup flour
4 Bouillon Cubes
1 cup light sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp seasoning salt
3 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Stroganoff

Coat roast on both sides with seasonings and then cook on 350 in oven for 4 hours with water to the top of the pan with 4 beef bouillon cubes. Remove roast and shred, empty broth into a pan and bring to a boil. Mix flour with water to creat a paste and pour into broth stirring with a wisk. Cook until broth thickens to a gravy then add sour cream and the shredded roast. Warm the oil over medium heat and sautee the mushrooms, onion and garlic then add to the gravy. Boil egg noodles until done and stir into the beef mixture.
