Strip Steaks with Rub and microwave-pan grilled veggies

8 oz beef
1/2 red pepper
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 medium eggplant
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon paprika

Recipe Directions for Strip Steak w/rub & Grilled Veggies

  1. combine spices and oil

  2. rub on steak

  3. preheat pan 2 minutes on high

  4. cook frozen steak for 9 minutes on high in preheated pan with press and lid

  5. Remove steak

  6. Grill veggies for 2 1/2 minutes on high in pan with press
