This smoothie makes 1 serving. It blends strawberries, yogurt, milk and sugar all together, to form a delicious smoothie. The smoothie tastes good and it is healthy too. Also, it has a lot of Calcium and it gives you energy. This recipe is high in Vitamin C too. A bad thing about this drink is too much fat and a lot of fat isn't good for you. The protein is really high too and that boosts you up if you play any sports.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

3 Strawberries
3/4 cup of Yogurt
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Peel the fruit, if appropriate, and cut them up into small pieces.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree them together until smooth.

  3. Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a straw.

  4. Keep in mind that you may have to add ice or use frozen fruit if you really want to serve it cold. Also, a banana may be needed to get the smoothie to the right consistency (thick and creamy).
