This recipe is good if you need something to fill you up and give you some energy. One bad point is that it is high in sugar, so after a while it will leave you feeling a little tired.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry yogurt

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey

Recipe Directions for Strawberry yogurt

Carefully cut the strawberries into chunks with a knife.(make sure you don't cut yourself)Place them in the blender set it on pulse and pulse 10 times to finely chop. Add the yogurt and honey scrape the bowl as needed, for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth (tiny chunks of berry is fine ). Serve soon or keep it refrigerated.
