Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Smoothie

31 grams soy protein
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Smoothie

Measure out all ingredients and place in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Frozen strawberries may take a little longer to blend in. Two tablespoons of protein powder is equal to about 31 grams.
