27 g almond breeze
1 teaspoon splenda
170 g yogurt
144 g strawberries
1/2 tablespoon smart balance light

Recipe Directions for Strawberry shortcake

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, stir together strawberries and V cup sugar; set aside.

  2. In another medium bowl, stir Bisquick® mix, milk, sugar and melted butter until soft dough forms. Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop by 6 spoonfuls.
