Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Pie

3 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 9" pie crust shell
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Pie

  1. Combine fruit, sugar, flour and lemon juice and stir well.

  2. Turn into pie shell.

  3. To make topping; combine dry ingredients and cut in margarine until crumbly.

  4. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

  5. Bake at 375 degF for about 50 minutes.

  6. Cut into 8 wedges.
