I used fresh rhubarb and strawberries and sweetened with Splenda and Splenda Blend.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with Splenda

10 oz. pie crust (Betty Crocker)
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup Splenda Blend (baking)
1 1/2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
2 1/2 cups rhubarb
3 cups strawberries
1/3 cup flour
1 oz. Smart Balance

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with Splenda

  1. Follow package directions for pie crust mix.

  2. Slice strawberries and rhubarb. Mix flour an splenda blend together. Add to the fruit. Fill pie crust with fruit. Chop Smart Balance into several pieces, Put the top crust on the pie. Finish the edges of the crust. Cut vents in top crust.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes.
