190 grams Brummel & brown spread
260 grams gluten-free flour
10 grams brown sugar
10 grams simply sweet
75 grams cornstarch
27 grams simply sweet
108 grams brown sugar, packed
309 grams frozen rhubarb
506 grams strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon, divided
1 tsp nutmeg, divided
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - Gluten-Free

  1. Combine crust ingredients.

  2. Roll into ball.

  3. Chill.

  4. Combine filling ingredients.

  5. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.

  6. Roll out pie crusts. Lay one crust in baking dish.

  7. Pour in filling.

  8. Lay second crust over top. Crimp edges.

  9. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
