Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

6 cups strawberries, halved
3 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 tbsp white sugar
1 cup quick oats
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, salted sweet cream

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Fill bottom of pan with rhubarb then add strawberries.

  2. Sprinkle white sugar on top.

  3. Mix in bowl oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.

  4. Add softened butter and mix with hands until crumbly.

  5. Sprinkle on top of fruit and bake for 40-45 min at 350.
