Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

13.5 tsp Tapioca
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 cup, diced Rhubarb
1 cup, halves Strawberries
0.75 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

  1. combine sugar, tapioca and nutmeg.

  2. Add Rhubarb cut into 1/2" pieces and sliced strawberries. Mix to coat fruit and let stand 20 minutes.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients except butter, then cut in softened butter with pastry blender until crumbs form.

  4. Pour fruit mixture into 8x8 or 9x13 pan, top with crumb mixture.

  5. Bake at 375% until bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream!
