The frozen strawberries and fresh raspberries give this a good flavor coupled with peanut butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry & Raspberry smoothie

1 cup strawberries frozen
1 cup lowfat yogurt
1 cup raspberries
1 tbsp honey
2 tspn vanilla extract
1/2 cup oats
1 cup ice cubes, which is 4 ice cubes
1 1/2 cups soymilk
3 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Strawberry & Raspberry smoothie

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender starting with ice cubes and frozen strawberries then peanut butter and ending with milk.

  2. Blend on high for like 30 seconds and use a spatula to wipe into the mixture anything not quite blended.
