Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Protein Pancake

0.27 g Original Cooking Spray
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4 egg whites
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 medium banana

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Protein Pancake

  1. Generously coat a skillet with oil spray and heat over medium heat.

  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the oats, egg whites, Splenda, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  3. Pour mixture into skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. (For a moister pancake, cover the skillet while the pancake is cooking.) Top with strawberries & banana slices.
