Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Pretzel Salad Light

9 serving Strawberry Sugar Free Jello
5 oz Pretzels, Hard
8 oz Neufchatel Cheese
8 oz Whipped Topping Fat Free
3/5 cup Butter
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
48 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
12 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1 pint as purchased, yields Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Pretzel Salad Light

  1. Mix the crushed pretzels, 4 tbsp Splenda, and butter together. Press into pan bottom and Bake 6 minutes at 400F. Cool.

  2. Mix Cool Whip and softened cheese and the rest of the Splenda. Spread over the cooled crust.

  3. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries to Jello and pour over cream cheese. Chill and let set.
