This is a great salad. You can also use a spinach and romain mixture for your greens. I based the serving size 1-oz/1-cup servings of greens. The Dressing makes approximately 3/4 cup (12 table spoons)...I use 1/2 TBSP of dressing per cup of greens to keep it healthy. Most people will probably want to apply the dressing more heavily with 1 TBSP per cup of greens in which case this would make 12 servings and you'd just cut the first 3 ingredients in half.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad

24 oz Mixed Baby Greens
4 pint as purchased, yields Strawberries
1 medium raw Onion Red
104 g Real Mayonnaise
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 serving Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 serving Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk
1 tbsp Poppy Seed

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad

  1. Wash, cut and toss lettuce, onion and strawberries

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over greens just before serving
