CRUST: 2 c. almonds 1 c. dates, pitted & soaked (at least for 15 minutes warm water) FILLING: 3 c. strawberries 3 bananas (very ripe!)

CRUST:
2 c. almonds
1 c. dates, pitted & soaked (at least for 15 minutes warm water)

FILLING:
3 1/2 c. strawberries
3 bananas (very ripe!)

Recipe Directions for STRAWBERRY PIE:

  1. For crust:

  2. In food processor, blend almonds till fine.

  3. Add dates, blend till smooth.

  4. Mold into pie plate.

  5. For filling:

  6. Dice cup of the strawberries, set aside.

  7. In food processor, blend the remaining 2 cups of strawberries & bananas until smooth.

  8. Place in bowl, stir in diced strawberries

  9. Pour into the crust & enjoy!
