Start the day with one of these healthy multigrain Strawberry muffins, a hard boiled egg, a glass of oj and a cup of coffee or tea. You will be unstoppable!!

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Muffins

1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 c Wheat Germ
1/4 c Bran
1/3 c Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c Egg Whites
1 c Lowfat Plain yogurt
1/4 c Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c chopped strawberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Muffins

375 degrees - Can be made as 12 Muffins, or baked in 13 x 9 pan. Mix everything, except strawberries until well blended. It may look lumpy. Fold in Chopped Strawberries. If you like a bit of a sweet top, leave a little of sugar and a little cinnamon aside to mix together and sprinkle over the batter before it bakes. It is done when a toothpick, poked in the middle, comes out clean, approx 35 mins. Enjoy!!
