Medium-calorie version. For less calories, substitute the reduced-fat milk with skim milk and the Splenda blend with Splenda. Do not skip the flax seeds! They are rich in Omega 3 oils, add great taste, fill you up for unbelievably long and burn fat. On a side note, this is rather sweet because I like my milkshakes very sweet. I would recommend start off with 1/4 of a cup of Splenda blend and add gradually to taste.

4 cups reduced-fat milk
12 oz fresh strawberries
1 cup Splenda blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 tsp flax seeds
