Recipe Ingredients for strawberry kream swirl

4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup Organic dates
2 cups raw almonds
1/2 cup water
1 strawberry (garnish)

Recipe Directions for strawberry kream swirl

  1. puree strawberries and dates in a food processor. Pour intoa mixing bowl and set aside.

  2. to make kream, place almonds and water in blender and whip into a smooth kream. Fold kream into bowl with soul. Mix barely enough to swirl the red with the white.

  3. To serve, scoop swirled soup and kream into four bowls.

  4. Top each with a spearmint leaf or strawberry slice as garnish.

  5. will keep for two to three days in the fridge.

  6. May substitute dates for 1/2 cup honey, agave, or maple syrup.
