Homemade (from scratch) Puding with fresh fruit and loads of calcium

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Kiwi Puding

2 tbsp white whole wheat flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 tbsp unsalted butter
16 ounce fat free milk
1/2 cup organic brown sugar
4 organic strawberry
1/2 organic kiwi
1 egg yolk

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Kiwi Puding

Mix everything except the fruit and cook until it boils, then lower the heat and add vanilla extract and a small amount of lemon zest. Let it simmer four couple of minutes. Let it cool. In glass bowls put a small amount of the puding. Then add strawberry and kiwi slices. Cover them with some more of puding. Do not skip neither lemon zest nor vanila. They both are adding great taste. Enjoy!
