Light cake with whip topping and fruit. You can use whatever fruit you want in season

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry-Kiwi Pavlova

7 egg whites
1 3/4 cup SPLENDA granular
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup COOL WHIP - WHIPPED TOPPING - SUGAR FREE
2 kiwi, sliced
1/2 pint strawberries, sliced

Recipe Directions for Strawberry-Kiwi Pavlova

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add in splenda. Mix cornstarch, vinegar and vanilla together and fold into whites. Spread onto wax paper in a disc shape. You can use a plate underneith. Bake at 300F for an hour then shut off oven at let the cake sit in oven till cool. Top with cool whip and fruit before serving!
