Simple smoothie designed to keep you going until lunch. Sub in whatever fruits or flavors you like. You can use any liquid in place of the milk, and peanut butter or fruit sauce (apple sauce, apple butter, etc) can be subbed for yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie

1 1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoon Chia Seed
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup kiwis
3 oz greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Pulverize the oats & chia in food processor or blender to flour consistency.

  2. Add milk and stir to mix

  3. Add fruit & yogurt

  4. Blend until desired consistency,

  5. Refrigerate overnight - the chia and oatmeal will absorb the liquid and thicken to become smooth & creamy.
