It's my alternative to maple syrup, when I make pancakes. No added sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry jam

100 grams Strawberries
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Strawberry jam

  1. Puree the strawberries, till they have your desired texture.

  2. Put them in a non metal container, add the water and microwave them for 30 seconds.

  3. Serve it on toasts, pancakes, or as you please!
