Recipe Ingredients for strawberry-glazed rosemary chicken

2 tbs crushed rosemary
2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
1 cup strawberry preserves
1/2 tsp (5g ) honey mustard
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
32 oz Chicken Leg Quarters

Recipe Directions for strawberry-glazed rosemary chicken

  1. 32 oz or 5 chicken leg quarters skinned

  2. 1tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves

  3. 1/2 tsp honey mustard

  4. 1 cup strawberry preserves

  5. 1/2 cup low sodium and fat free chicken broth

  6. 2TBS crushed rosemary leaves

  7. 2 tsp rubbed sage

  8. 2tsp dried oregano

  9. Pull skin off of chicken and separate the leg from the thigh. Preheat oven to 50 degrees. In small bowl, stir together crushed rosemary, sage and oregano.

  10. Rub chicken with herb miture and pour broth in dish.

  11. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the juice is no longer pink.

  12. Place strawberry preserves in microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20 to 30 seconds to soften. Stire in honey mustard and rosemary.

  13. Spread about 1 tablespoon of preserve mixture over each piece. Bake 10 minutes more.
