Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Freezer Jam

4 cup, halves Strawberries
1.75 oz Fruit Pectin
96 serving Sugar in the Raw

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Freezer Jam

Mash strawberries with a potato masher or food processor. Mix in sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix pectin with 3/4 cup of water, stirring constantly. Bring to boil. Boil for 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour pectin over strawberry mixture. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into freezer jars. Let jam stand for 24 hours at room temp. Jam will keep for 6 months in the freezer or 3 weeks in the fridge.
