Strawberry Cupcakes w/ Strawberry Filling

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Cupcakes

2 cup, halves Strawberries
132 grams Egg, White
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3/5 cup Butter
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup, halves(152 g) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Cupcakes

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients in Large Bowl.

  2. Partially melt butter.

  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

  4. Puree 2 cups strawberries and add to the bowl.

  5. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Use a paring knife to cut the center of the cupcake out.

  7. Puree the other cup of strawberries and pour into the whole of the cupcakes. Place the top or plug of the cupcake back into place.
