1/2 cup strawberries, fresh
1/2 cup blackberries, frozen
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, frozen
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Strawberry-Blackberry Smoothie

Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if mixture is too thick. Can also add protein powder or Splenda/sugar to make it personalized to your needs/taste!
