good dessert. copied after lemon bisque. Could put whipped cream on top.

Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Bisque

12 ounce evaporated milk, chilled
3/5 ounce Strawberry Gelatin Desserts
2 cup water, boiling
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
25 grams Ginger Snaps

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Bisque

  1. Chill unopened can of evaporated milk in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Mix lemon juice and sugar and let sit

  3. Dissolve jello in hot water and chill till partially set.

  4. Whip till light and fluffy.

  5. Add lemon juice and sugar.

  6. Whip the chilled milk; fold in jello mixture.

  7. Line the bottom of a 9x13 (or 11x7) pan with half of the graham cracker crumbs. (This is only if you use at lease twice as much crumbs, if using less--like this recipe--just put crumbs on top.)

  8. Gently pour bisque mixture into pan (if you pour to fast you will move the crumbs).

  9. Top with remaining crumbs.

  10. Chill till set; about 5 hours or a little less.
