Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry Basil Deliciousness Smoothie

2 tbsp Hulled Hemp Seed
1 cup water
1 tbsp Chia
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Borage Oil
1 1/2 cups spinach
5 leaves basil

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Basil Deliciousness Smoothie

  1. Blend hemp and water to a milk-like consistency. Add the chia, frozen strawberries, lemon juice, borage oil, spinach, and basil and blend blend blend. If your blender is having issues chewing the mixture or you simply like your smoothies on the thinner side, add some more water gradually until desired consistency is reached.

  2. Yum.

  3. Note: HAVE FUN WITH YOUR SMOOTHIE! Replace chia with extra hemp, or replace both with the same amount of your fave protein powder. Borage oil can be substituted with any omega-rich oil (fish, flax and hemp are all funky alternatives). Go really crazy and replace spinach with a handful of kale (coarse stems removed).
