6 oz Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
3/4 cup, halves Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Yougurt

  1. Add 6oz of yougurt to blender

  2. Add 1 large banana

  3. Add 3/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

  4. Add 2 TBSP of Milled Flax Seed
