Recipe Ingredients for Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries
0.5 cup Vitamin D Milk
0.5 cup Plain Nonfat
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic

Recipe Directions for Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Make sure all your fruit are frozen, or else it will come out liquid-y and you'll have to add ice cubes (which in my opinion do nothing but make it MORE liquid-y). Combine your liquids first and then throw in everything else. Blend on high for a few minutes, and you will have a delicious smoothie.
