0.5 serving Milk (Winder Dairy) non-fat (1 cup)
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup, halves Strawberries

Recipe Directions for strawberry / banana smoothie

  1. place milk in the blender first, then add yogurt & fruit. Blend until "smooth".

  2. Enjoy!
